Clean with nice amenities
I was charged a nightly rate by hotel due to the inexperience they had with booking.com reservations. Huge inconvenience, but the gentleman at the front desk rectified the issue.

I like the staff and the way it looks for the most part. If the bathroom wqs cleaner, it would have been good.
I didn't like how stinky our room was nor how nasty the bathroom a d shower curtain was. It has hair everywhere.

Noise echos in the rooms. Lot of partying in other rooms can't sleep well.

I love the location, it felt private and safe. I had kids with me so that was important. This hotel saved us from the trash hole super 8. They were fast, friendly and efficient. The price was unbelievable for such a nice place to stay.

The rate I got on booking was not the rate they charged me. Felt like I was getting scam. Both my cards were charged on 2 different prices I did not agree on.

Pool was very cold. Front desk needs help when more than 5 people in line took over a hour to get checked in…..

The beds were very comfortable
We had no bath towels at all, or coffee cups, creamer or sugar either. When I called for towels, after 45 minutes, I get a call from the desk that they could not knock on our door because we had the do not disturb sign out. My son must have put it out, but when I called the desk, you would think they would tell me that is hotel policy. Anyway, we missed breakfast because we had no towels to shower with. Very disappointing!!

They had a indoor pool which is a plus in my book! It was easy check it and contactless check out. Room was clean only negative was the AC unit was being worked on during our stay.

we already paid by booking.com but at probably they ask to give card for security deposit. when we gave card, we realised that they have deducted deposit as well rent which we have already paid. when we asked them again then they said see me in next morning. when we go next morning, manager said that was new employee and doesn’t know about that, never give receipts for the payment they deducted and keep saying payment will be refunded.

Nice and clean room. Great location- quick drive to major stores and many eating options. The staff was quick and accommodating. The refreshments offered were nice and had quick grab options
Our mirror was falling off the wall and we needed to request more towels twice before getting them.

I was in Raleigh for a work event at the state fairgrounds. The location was perfect The room was clean and very comfortable. Overall the room was a great value

Beds were comfortable.
Room needed work! Like a handyman type, faucet on the sink was loose, as was the toilet seat. Shower, most the water went down the tub drain and very little to the shower head. Tub tile was moldy!

The room and conformable bed and the selection of cable channels.
The two people work the front made a mistake they gave me a room that someone was already was in there and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to figure something out to get me a room and I drove nine hours to Raleigh North Carolina.

The staff was extremely friendly.
The couch in the room and the desk chair were gross and very dirty and stained. We didn't even dare sit on them. The halls were littered with garbage where a quick vacuum could have picked up the trash but it appeared to be overlooked by the cleaning staff, as was a huge bag of garbage that was left on the 4th floor hall all night. Disappointed for the price.
