Location and friendly looking agents. Also, I liked the rooms design, entertainment-ready TVs, and Sofa bed.

No breakfast was given even though the property said that breakfast was included. Also no room service till you request one before midnight. I was away with family after the first night and when we came back, the rooms were not clean and there were only dirty towers. I had to go to the lobby outside the parking lot to get clean towers myself. Also, I’m not sure if it is the Atlanta thing, but people seem to bee smoking everywhere and the smoke persisted in the elevator, certain parts of the hallway, and in one of my rooms I reserved.

The location was convenient to the areas we desired to visit during our stay.

The construction is a drawback, but once the updates are finished it should be good to go.

The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I had an emergency hospital trip and they quickly added another day.

Brown bag grab-and-go breakfast was very disappointing. Room was never cleaned in our four night stay and we had to request towels. Had I known a renovation was going on, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Breakfast was fine. Not the greatest, but fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, if not the most modern. For the price, it worked fine as a place to stay while working in the area.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance. I was unable to turn off the airco in my room for example. Fraying carpet, broken buttons in the elevator. Everything worked, but the place has seen better days. I dislike places that charge extra for full speed wifi. The free tier worked, but come on. It's 2023, good internet isn't a luxury.
