The location of the hotel is very good.

Hotel below expectations. For the price I expected a higher standard. On the first night we were checked into a different room than we booked - in a room with 1 bed, despite the fact that we were traveling with 2 children. On the second day we were allowed to move to the originally booked room. After negotiations, we were compensated.

I like the location, it was close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the ac didn’t work that well. I asked them to clean the room and they never did. The decor in the rooms are a little dated. I think they should upgrade the decor.

Cost too high for my budget. I have stayed there with strategic coach group for like 8 visits. There are places right down street with same reviews at 1/2 the price

DON'T BOOK!!!! many hidden fees, ended up paying way more than when I booked. Valet parking is every expensive. They even charge for internet connection.

Great location to beach, pier, downtown restaurants and shops. Loved that bikes are available for guests. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Photos do not necessarily represent room or even bed accommodations correctly. Hotel is a bit dated/worn for price. You are paying for location and hopefully the good staffing.

location, across the road to the beach, pier and close to restaurants

lack of communication between front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. no one told our party that housekeeping only came every three days. if I had known that, I would have had my family stay at another property. asked for more towels. - 4 hours later towels appeared at 10:00 pm. my so. asked for two blankets, two hours later he went down to the front desk to get them himself. we purchased the breakfast package, no information was given at the front desk. restaurant did not know what to do. after the THIRD day they finally figured it out. after being charged hundreds of dollars for breakfasts! as a Marriott property I expected a lot better run property.

Very nice and comfortable room and hotel, we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our great terrace and aslo the special comfortable bed.

Despite the price for the room is really high, other things like parking, breakfast or wifi are not included and are for extra fees (parking 56 + tax per day, wifi 12 per day...).

it was clear and location is good the valet is great but not free, $56/ day

no access to the beach there weee major maintenance repair/replacement from 9 am to 6 pm daily basis the value is much more than what I received no complementary water in the room

Quality of the room and bed did not fully meet our expectations.

Hotel was located in a good area walking distance from restaurants and stores. Hotel also offered champagne at check in.

Room was very small. Hotel was very outdated. Booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch , room I received had no pull out couch so I was given a roll away bed instead.
