The breakfast was pretty satisfying and well attended to. You also couldn't beat the locations proximity to the university, hospital and airport.

The toilet in the room a victim of cost cutting remodel job. Toilet was with no exaggeration about 12" off the floor. Ruined my whole next day with a wrenched back. I'm 6'1" with a replaced hip and replaced knee I have never had any issue like this before at a hotel and now guess I'm forced to ask another question about fixture height in my room before booking or rely on a handicapped room being available, then paying a premium many times for that. Terribly disappointed.

Fitness Center. Treadmill needed a tune up, very noisy! The floor in there was very rough. Could not do any floor work.

I really enjoyed the lemon sage shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not sure it was worth the $160 I paid for this place!

The hot tub and pool were broken and closed. Would of been nice to see that in the ad. I would of picked another place. Found out after I already paid for the room. So I was stuck with it

King size beds looked more like a queen Also have had more of a full buffet breakfast for better prices at some other hotel chains
