I loved this hotel and the staff were great !

There was not a pool.

Breakfast variety was awesome. Room service late at night was amazing. There was no problem checking out the night before to avoid the rush.

There was still no she crab soup on the menu. Alot of reward card options were no longer available.

The room was very clean

It all starts with. We had no TV the whole time. Rich, Carlton would not do anything to accommodate us having no TV. There was an outage. That’s a big amenity that you don’t get to use. Also, my vehicle was backed into in the valet line. It’s chaos. They need more direction when it comes to the valet lines. Cars are pulling everywhere. The way they are doing it does not make sense which is why my vehicle got damaged. I also got a staff member on recording saying they would give me $100 off my bill due to my inconveniences. The next morning they did not honor that even though I had the recording and they listen to it they said there was nothing they could do about it. Horrible customer service.

very poor area of town- didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere due to homeless population. Hotel needs update- felt old and not new and fresh. Rooms smelled musty and wasn’t anything special or that I would consider level of luxury I would hope for Ritz Carlton

The breakfast was great. I think the hotel is also in a great location.

Staff exceptional

The fridge was broke . I understand it’s not meant o keep perishables but it was hot. Light would flicker on and off and nothing in it was even chilled. Called the front desk they said they would have someone come and no one ever did.

Location and staff service was exceptional. Really appreciated the valet staff. Courteous, warm and high level of service from all. Bed was very comfortable.

Simple lack of convenience in the rooms. No trashcan in the bathroom, lack of outlets in the living area. Very limited counter space in the bathrooms made it cumbersome and crowded for two guests with toiletries.

Lovely room

It was very clean.

 the front steps and I was checking in was not very knowledgeable.  Checking out was OK. The staff was very apologetic for what I experienced when I checked.  The doorman service was very professional and polite,  they provided excellent customer service when I arrived, and when I was departing. 

Was surprised that although a major brand this facility did not have a pool or spa. Had to fo to Loew;s hotel for a spa day for mother's day weekend. Was really disappointing.

See above comment. It was not at the standard that I am used to in staying at a Ritz Carlton in Almaty and Paris. This was maybe a 3 star experience with a 5 star price. very disappointing, nothing special for mothers day weekend...

I appreciated the smiling faces of the staff from valet to front desk and Dwayne that helped bring up our bags.

I didn’t like that I had to leave when our trip was over :)
