Very convenient to airport. Clean. Great breakfast.
When I called from the Iternational terminal I was told they didn’t pick up from the international terminal. This seemed really inconvenient and missed the point.

Love the hotel and rooms. Very comfortable and luxurious. Fun to watch the jets and rooms are soundproof.
Very long wait on food and made a mess of the order. Staff overall quite rude and unhelpful.

Room size . The room overlooked the airport runway .
Coffee machine in reception wasn’t working - we had to pour our coffees away - they weren’t drinkable. The milk in the room was off and again we had to pour away the coffee . A kettle would have been perfect. We needed to get to the international departure- the hotel shuttle could only take us to domestic . We then had to walk through the airport and onto another airport bus with 5 cases .

Super convenient location to the airport and the free shuttle is great. the bed was super comfy, the room was spacious and the water pressure was intense. Nice Aveda toiletries.

The building is impressive as you pull up to the entrance. We were greeted like an old friend and helped with our luggage. Checking in was easy and again welcomed warmly. The lobby is beautiful. Our room was clean, very comfortable and we slept comfortably. We didn’t have the opportunity to have breakfast because we had an early flight. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about it! Every single person we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and so interesting. We got in late and left very early and our stay was so positive!

Shuttle to airport was great feature to provide. Driver was friendly & professional.
The food services at this hotel are rated poor and it is BAD! The selection and basic quality of your food should be way better! Your patrons arrive tired and hungry. Any fast food chain is better than your hotel.

Nice view on the runways of Atlanta airport. Great staff who were willing to drop us with the airport shuttle even when it was out of the normal operating hours.

The showers had great pressure! I love the restaurant and bar in the hotel and the shuttle leaves every 20 minutes to the airport. It’s only a four minute drive to the airport. I’ll be coming back.

The hotel was great was a very last minute booking for us due to flight cancellation so staff were very helpful checking us in and helping us locate our room which was just what we needed after long 15hrs at airports
We had only checked in at 2am due to the issues and not had much sleep when about 7.30-8am. House keeping came knocking to ask if we had finished with the room even thought check out was at noon and we had asked when we checked in to leave us untill 11am

At checkout, it was hard to find someone to speak to that didn’t have broken English. Communication barrier was tough.

Getting to the hotel from the international airport was a bit of a struggle, this was using the hotel shuttle service.

They had a convention in, elevators were shut down for a while as no one could control the children as well as adults overcrowding the elevators.

Het personeel was heel klantgericht en super vriendelijk. Bij aankomst kregen wij op verzoek een kamer met een uitzicht op het vliegveld omdat onze dochter dat zo leuk vindt. Zij was dolgelukkig!
