The staff and location

They’re redoing it at the moment, so it was a little bit crazy on the outside of the hotel as far as clutter but inside just fine

Great room, super clean, love the amenities. My rooms were next to each other as we had requested and we truly appreciated that. Free bottled water at the front desk.

The staff was great except for the manager. There was an issue with my reservation because I booked 2 rooms with my last name and the other one with my sister's last name (we do not have the same last name anymore). The front desk clerk was very friendly and was trying to find the 3rd room but he gave up and called the manager. She immediately came with an attitude of "it shows 2 rooms so you only get 2 rooms." The rooms were already paid so we insisted there were 3 rooms under my reservation. She was able to find it but didn't apologize she just handed the ball back to the front desk guy and left.

Great location.

Toilet clogged. Unable to get more than 2 towels when the reservation can house up to 4 individuals. Had a hotel charge issue, 2 separate $900 was being held on my card. Spoke to 3 front desk employees and no one was able to assist. Was told I’d get a call back and received none at end of business day. When I confronted the 3rd employee, I was told to chill out because she didn’t understand my question and frustration. At the end of my stay, I was assured that after check out, that 2nd payment hold would fall off and be put back in my account.

They gave me a cheaper room but charged me more the room was not that clean and the refrigerator door was broken

The Front Desk attendant JAYMEE YOUNG went above and beyond her job requirements by helping us with some additional storage for a few hours..! She was very professional and helped us out while we had some travel logistic issue(s)..! This Marriott Hotel was a great stay too!

Everything is cleaned room was comfortable beds are comfy
