Needs to be updated. Was fairly clean, but very drab & old looking. Had to pay for airport shuttle, there was no free shuttle even though advertisement says there is.

I was surprised and disappointed to find no shuttle service to and from the airport. I would expect this for any airport hotel. Also, our room was on the highway side - very noisy.

The hotel was located near my family's house.

The rooms can definitely use an upgrade. The bed and pillows were comfortable but I'm not sure they were washed bcus I was able to smell perfume that seems to have been from someone who was there before...

The hotel overall appearance was fine. When we got to the room, I went to shower. There was something black on the ceiling in the corner. I thought it was a mold spot. However, it started crawling while I was taking a shower. It was a BUG! Then, a small silver part fell in the tub from the corner caddy/shelf and I noticed how the tubs are peeling badly around the drain. I called the desk, after we killed the bug. I took pictures and handed the towel with the supposedly dead bug on it to a staff member. He threw it down and stated it was still alive. We got dressed and left. Upon returning to our room, the neighbors (connecting door) were extremely loud and we saw ants, so I requested a room change. They accommodated us. The new room still had ants and a peeling tub, but no bugs. We loss our pool view in the new room. The front desk attendees were fine. However, I thought the cafe/bar attendant was mute because I was asking her about breakfast and she kept her head down, took a long time to respond and eventually mumbled it was over. I was in the fitness room until after 10, so I missed it. in addition, there was a 5 pound weight missing from the fitness room. I stayed at a nearby Marriot previously and it was better. It didn't have a balcony though.

Inspect for bugs, exterminate and touch up the tubs. There was no discount offered and there were still muffins available 10 minutes after breakfast ended, but she didn't offer them. She did put out coffee and creamer.
