it was close to downtown
When I tried to pay for the room with my card, the staff said they couldn’t process my transaction without giving them my pin. They shouldn’t need a PIN number, so they asked me to pull cash. As for the room, the blanket had a slain and was generally in poor condition.

Not provide breakfast. There is not even a lobby.
That they do mot lie. The pictures you see at booking are very diferent to reality.

Everything was clean
I wish they had started the air conditioning before we arrived. It was 108 and it took 6 hours for the room to finally cool down

the people were friendly, but that did not make up for the rest...
unisolated roof in summertime is not possible to bear, the room was incredibly hot, i enjoy heat, but not even i can stay in oven. The pool was a joke.

That I was able to check in early.
The place needs to be updated, and the bathroom vents and lights didn't have covers. There were stains on the comforter on the bed and it smelled like mildew.

the lady charge me like $9.00 more then what it said when I booked the room the pillows was small. and only two the blankets was thin and no closet to hang my clothes

They tried to double bill me one on the app and one in person. They did fix it later but it was not clean and everything is broken and not as it seems. The lights and ac only work when they want and randomly so u are woke up all night. Just horrible

haveing traveled world wide this was the second worse dive i prepaid for. for a downtown property i expected more even with Corna. understanding that it has effected many amminities the bedding was insufficent and just below a no tell motel. no breakfast uffet as advertised. got an email about limited amminities after i checked in and prepaid. thru no fault of hotel had to check out early .. no refunds on last day. after 13 years in hospitality with Wyndham world wide myself this place would fail even a basic inspection
tile floors in rooms, slick and slipery, non fited sheets and flimsy quilts, lack of outlets, no alternate seating for guests other than the bed.
