The beds were great! It was comfortable and clean.

The greeting was not welcoming from Taylor, I realized after it was shift change and she wanted to go home. I almost didn't stay the night, I'm happy I did everything else was great. All other staff I came in contact were very friendly, they followed the five ten rules...I'll be back.

the location was great, most of the staff was extremely nice! breakfast was good.

our room smelled like cigarettes bad. The front staff marked it down that I called to complain about it so I didn’t get charged extra but I went with my kids so being in the room for 3 nights was an issue. They didn’t offer a refund of any sort or changing rooms. additionally the showers were dirty. we got a good deal on the rooms but I don’t think we would go back for this reason.

I like the location, and the guest services were polite, my room was clean, and the service of receiving my towels and whatever else I needed was fast and the people were pleasant.

That the pool area was a little cool.

Breakfast had lots of choices including hot sandwiches to go.

Furniture in our room dated, the couch was not comfortable. Our room had annoying road noise. Otherwise the facility was what I expected. It had a clean indoor pool, and friendly staff. It was convenient to stores, and highway.

The breakfast was fine.

We were in room 231. The room was very spacious, clean and the shower worked well. However, the mattress was not good. I weigh 120 lbs, my husband weighs 155 lbs. I felt like I was sleeping on a hill instead of selling on a flat surface.

Room was on the interstate Sid of the building and we suffered from road noise

Breakfast wasn't bad.

At less than 100 yards from the interstate with just normal household windows the highway noise was LOUD. The furniture was old and tired. The bed was so bad I just slept on the couch. The shower head leaked and would spray water everywhere.
