The King Suite is good sized and the furnishing were comfortable and updated.

it’s closeness to many restaurants and shops. the place is well maintained and they had a variety of breakfast options to choose from.
I didn’t like that we found a bug in the bathroom. I didn’t like that despite the fact that we checked in early, we weren’t given our original room that we booked which was a suite. Mind you that we had been on a trip for two days and we had been in Norman Oklahoma for a graduation. instead we were told that the only room available was a regular room with 2 queen beds for the same price. the guy at the reception wasn’t very friendly about handling the situation.

Location was nice. Close to the main road. Breakfast was bad got sick.
I was booked to get a room with a king bed and pull out couch and was only given a room with one bed

I offered to pay for the room in cash , a woman interrupts my conversation with the clerk and says if you pay in cash you have to pay double for a security deposit, I said that it didn't make sense , she informed me that she is the manager and it was her rule and decision.....

Hot breakfast was served. Room was clean and the shower had lots of pressure.
Service could be better. Always waiting for someone to show up. Charges to room more than should be and very slow to put back on card

Although there were 3 occupants, only 2 towels. Toilet didn't flush property. Although there were 2 tvs, only one remote. sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

the location, close to a bunch of hotels but nothing else and difficult to get out of the area onto the road if there’s any traffic at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Due to the rain not expected my grand daughter's baby shower had to be moved inside so we used the lobby/breakfast area for a small family baby shower mid afternoon. I am really thankful they were so helpful about it.

it was clean
my refrigerator wasn’t working I called the front desk and nothing was done. went down in the morning to inform staff at 8:00 AM I was told maintenance came in at 9:00 and they would send someone ASAP. I informed them that I was there for to see my Boyfriend who was in the military and even though it was a vacation I would be working during the daytime. I had packed lunches that would spoil. maintenance didn’t show up till the afternoon and all of my food was destroyed!

Didn't have breakfast.
Long walk from elevator to room. But may have been due to remodeling going on at other end of building.
Also, the lights on the walls have small switches at the bottom of the lamp brackets. This is NOT OBVIOUS and took forever to figure out. Put a switch location tag or note on the bedside table or have clerk advise this at check-in.

I loved that the pool opened at 6 am.
There was a long line at the one waffle machine and not much else. Our room was next to the elevator, so there were students congregating outside early in the morning, and I had requested a quiet room.

TV's didn't work. Carpet off elevator very dirty. Trash in parking lot. Many of the bushes in front of hotel dead. Very disappointing. Will not go back.

The convince of the location to the lazy E arena and restaurants . Great on and off of the interstate.
Breakfast was a little short with items and eggs were not good, sausage needed to be cooked a little more.
