Staff was super friendly.
The pool area could use an upgrade.

Good enough. Saves time not having to go out. I did not see any bananas. I sometimes like cereal, whole grain or granola. I mix it with yogurt.
An outdoor patio would be nice. You can't do anything about Bismarck's favorite decoration: orange traffic cones!😄

It was very close to our temple destination. Good location near restaurants to eat at as well.

Pool and hot tub
Paid $40 more than my other friends due to booking through booking.com. They were able to utilize a military discount where I was not able to use mine.

The hot tub was not hot... we came to play softball an would had liked to relax after but it was cold.

The staff is so friendly! I called earlier in the day to get early check in since I had to work a shift at the hospital at 3 . I came in and she greeted me with “ are you the nurse ? we have everything ready for you ! “ I love staying here. so comfortable and clean !

I DID LIKE THE FACT THAT MY MONEY WAS FULLY RETURNED TO ME FOR HAVING TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DUE TO BED BUGS.
I WAS VERY UPSET THE POOL ROOM WAS IN HORRIBLE SHAPE FOR A MAKE OVER. THE BEDS WERE FULL OF HAIR. I ENDED UP LEAVING THIS HOTEL AT 4AM DUE TO BEING BIT TWICE BY BEDBUGS. NOT A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY AT. THE FRONT DESK CLERK ACTED LIKE THIS WAS NORMAL.

This is by far the noisiest place we have ever stayed at. People slam foors open and close from 5am and stand and talk to staff in the hallway. We will not go there again.

They don’t have a waffle maker for breakfast 😒
