Comfy bed. Decent sized room. Helpful staff. Quiet area.

The breakfast was all made of packed items, no fresh fruit, bread or pastries. Very loud fridge in the room

Staff were lovely. Room was very clean & beds comfortable.

Rooms are extremely dark, even with all lights on. Pillows are like scatter cushions, comfy but very small. Microwave would be much better on a shelf, free up an extra bit of work surface and stop it sliding all over top of fridge.

Room was large and modern. Centrally located near Venice Beach and felt a safe area.

There was no breakfast even though it was supposed to be included. You had tea/coffee, a snack cereal bar or mini muffin, and a small pot of fruit.... That was it!

We went for cheap, as it was never going to compare to here we had just been. The room was very clean

Room layout (we had the larger room) was good. Plenty of storage. Easy access to a lot of useful shops and decent cafes.

The room was very spacious, with kitchen and living room zones.

It was winter, and the room was freezing cold. I was chilled to the bone under one thin blanket. Also, my flight was late, therefore I arrived at the hotel after midnight. The reception was closed and I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up and give me the keys - not the best experience for a single female traveller. The breakfast was forgettable.

Nice, spacious and clean room. Relatively quiet.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Since the person at the desk during check-in had mentioned there was breakfast we counted that in. However, breakfast area was actually closed and we pretty much had to beg for a coffee, yogurt and some prepackaged muffin.
