El dormitorio y baño fueron muy cómodos. La sala para desayunar también es agradable. Me gustó mucho la cortesía de tener siempre para servirse café,te,leche y hasta unas cookies.

No me gustó para nada que pongan tanto aire acondicionado.Es como para enfermarse. Lo.bajabamos y nuevamente lo volvían a poner super frío. Sumado a que despedía un olor muy desagradable que se sentía muy fuerte al ingresar al dormitorio. Revisar AIRE Acondicionado.

I have been billed twice for this stay. The clerk at the hotel was unable to find my reservation. I showed her my confirmation email. She searched for about 10 minutes, still unable to locate it. She told me she would just give me another reservation, honoring the rate from Booking.com. I gave her my credit card that was different from the Booking.com credit card I have on file. I asked her to please not double charge me. She assured me that would not be the case since the booking.com reservation wasn't in the system. I got my 2 credit card statements and was billed twice. The hotel has insisted I was not and has not helped at all, telling me I needed to contact Booking.com who has said they can't do anything, I should contact the hotel.

Very nice and clean. Staff was great with welcoming! Enjoyed the relaxation. Housekeeping does a great job!
