Check in staff was amazing and helpful.
Rooms are dated, noticeably. Breakfast was unappetizing.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The young man that works the front desk is nice and professional. All staff are. It’s just nice to see that some of the younger ones have professionalism and are friendly.

How spacious the rooms were.
We loved the location, close to the mall and close to where our daughter lives whom we were visiting.
The breakfast included was extremely mediocre, not very high quality.

Bathroom was in need of updating- tub was discolored and tile grout looked dirty.

The location is perfect for the stay however breakfast was ok.
Certain staff was very unprofessional and that's upsetting to me when I choose Springhill over any other hotel. It was the next best to home. And I was over charged for 2 nights and staff thinks it's funny to be frustrated about the situation. I won't stay to Sanford/Orlando Springhill ever again. In the process if trying to dispute being over charged.

The room was very spacious and comfortable I booked last minute so I think that’s why it was a little more expensive and when I checked in the guy was super friendly. It was nice and quiet as well.
