The breakfast and the crew were fabulous. They loved to interact with the guests and we greatly appreciate each and every one of the breakfast crew !
Tasha and Michael were great. An evening front desk was so rude, my daughter picked up snacks at the front desk and wanted to pay cash and the front desk clerk told her it was too much drama for cash payment. She asked did she want it billed to the room and my daughter told her no and put everything back !

The bed was cozy
2nd night I asked for cups for the coffee after noticing there weren’t any. Spoke with the desk attendant and was told she couldn’t get me cups. So when I went looking for them under the cabinetry where the creamers and utensils were, I noticed old food and cereal scattered underneath the cabinets . OPEN cereal. Also saw bugs in my room.

Bad location, no ac in hallways, small rooms, stiff and uncomfortable beds, very low quality linens.

Breakfast was good. The space in the studio was big. Also they were able to join my parents room right next door to us. Loved it.
The pool didn't look clear so we didn't go swimming.

It is close to Virginia beach
There was mold growing in bathroom. There was cockroch in sink. I got pictures for everything. Hotel had false alarm around 2:00 am. I arrived in hotel around mid night. I was not able take enough sleep because of that alarm.

The breakfast really surprised me. The young man who prepared my fresh omelet was amazing. The pool was dirty as was my microwave.
Not being able to use the filthy pool. Most staff were friendly. One of the receptionists has a very negative disposition.

The staff was great and we loved the breakfast. Antoinette, who works with the breakfast staff and Mr. White was the best and did an excellent job of making our stay extra amazing.
The first room we were assigned had a terrible smell that seemed to be coming from the room next door. We were moved to another room that had a steady leak from the bathtub and was disturbing at night..

The breakfast was mazing, and the staff was on top of it restocking the food; and it was cooked amazingly. The room was nice and cold when i came in and clean. My room was perfect for my family I had no issues while I was staying here. I would come back again!
The only thing I didn't like is the other guests being disrespectful and inconsiderate.
