The room was not what we booked. I booked a king room with pull out couch and was told upon arrival that the hotel was to capacity and they didn’t have the room I booked. Instead they had a room that barely fit one full size bed. We weren’t able to stay as the room was not accommodating. It was way to small for a weekend full with sports tournaments. We had to leave and get a hotel that was $300 dollars more in the opposite direction

Breakfast was wonderful. They had alot to choose from. Very clean The pool was great and clean.the gym was also very clean.

There key card system was nor working so in order to get in our room we had to stop by the front desk for someone to open the door, it was annoying. I room service did not show up to our room despite me requesting it.. the staff did not know how to turn on the fire pit.

The location and the price.

The pool is the size of a large hot tub and the community uses it as a neighborhood hangout. Loud party way past 11:00 on Friday night and when the pool finally closed, there were 6 car loads of kids leaving the property. Again, neighborhood pool. No generator and no power all of Sunday.

Comfortable for work and relaxing.

Access to the property from main road was bad. Leaving the property if you wanted to turn left you had to make a right and do a u turn and we all know how mooresville traffic is.

Everything was great

This was a very clean hotel. It actually smelled new. The carpet and paint was very clean looking. The room was laid out nicely. We did over sleep and didn’t make it to breakfast. When we checked out, it did smell great in the lobby from it.

This is just my personal preference…the pillows are SUPER soft. You lay your head in them and you go all the way down to the mattress. I did have a hard time sleeping because of this. If you don’t like soft pillows, bring your own. Other than that, nothing to complain about!!

very clean. close to restaurants. breakfast was about as good as you get for a warm breakfast at these type of hotels.
