Nothing to tell. If you like dried bagels and cold coffee 1 day and no coffee the 2nd day. Nothing but all cold foods.

Soap in the room would have been nice. A clean bathroom would have been better. Dirty carpets through out all areas we were in. A knowledgeable desk clerk that could handle inquires would be an asset. Water that barely ran out of the faucets and shower. Dirt in all corners of the building including the elevator, whose door kept jumping out of track. You are asking for photos, funny only two outlets in our room worked (couldn't charge my phone).

They were out of milk. A family had their kids in there and they couldn't eat the cereal due to not having milk.

Absolutely NOTHING. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! The Room was dirty. The a/c did not work!! The blanket had a huge tear in it. The bathrooms were dirty and had HALF USED shampoo from the previous guest. The exhaust fans in the bathroom didnt work. The pool was filthy. The staff was rude!!! We originally planned to stay THREE nights here and could not make it through the first night.

The exhaust fans in the bathroom did not work. The beds were uncomfortable and the blanket had a huge tear in it. The website boasts of sound proof rooms but that was definitely not the case. The pool was dirty and we were unable to use it at all during our stay. And The staff was rude and unfriendly from the check in to check out. THE WORST STAY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Then the "manager" resolution to the dirty room AND NO AC was Screaming that, "she just got here. She wasn't dealing with it." Terrible place to stay. All around bad Bad BAD. Never EVER again!!! Save your money. Do not stay here!!!! Also made a complaint to their corporate office. Their resolution was sorry your stay was bad but you would need to take it up with the general manager at that location. WHAT A JOKE!!

Hotel was pretty much empty during my stay. At one point called the hotel, got a recording telling me to leave my name and number for a call back, the call back never came. Called multiple times with the sane result.

I changed my mind about the reservation a few hours after I made it after going to see the property. The staff member said they had to still charge for a one night stay.

no one at front desk and I was overcharge different from price on bookings.com and no one at the hotel would help me, told me to contact bookings as they are the ones that overcharge and then booking tells me it’s the hotel. so getting the run around about being over charged, I was not happy!!!

Breakfast was okay.

The toilet bowl was leaking in room 133 where we stayed. The person Antonio at the reception was very mean and disrespectful. He told us that no one was available to fix it until morning and we were not able to use the restroom. Even in the morning, no one arrived to fix it. He even denied our checkout till 12 p.m. that was initially mentioned at Booking.com and told the third party cannot control the actual policies of the facility. Overall, he was very rude and disrespectful and not supporting at all. We were extremely disappointed. There has been no such experience where we had to spend a night without using the toilet in the room. Extremely bad!
