Pool and hot tub was great

I heard mice at night, there was no “extra” toiletries provided- I always had to ask for more not even an extra toilet paper roll, housekeeping was loud and inconsiderate (someone singing in the hallway at 8am).

no one came and shoveled the sidewalks so I shoveled the side walk from there door to the parking lot and to the ash tray you will see that I did on the camaras I asked the lady that worked there on Sunday morning if they have someone do them and she said yes that is why she was taking pictures I let her know that the snow that was shoveled was from me there guest wow Sunday morning breakfast no plates to use they only put out two pieces of bread no Danishes they kept the fruit on a table that only catered to their school thing that was going on there put it this way they really didn't have breakfast pool area had pizza boxes laying on the floor that I picked up and put on the trash can they had drinks in there could not get any pool towels yah I was not pleased for what I had paid told me they were going to put points on my Widom account and didn't but really it was sad

The hotel is close to Lambeau and restaurants. The facility was clean. The breakfast was very nice too.

Receptionist took forever to check me in. Over an hour wasted. Then stated we had no rooms which proved to be false.

The rooms are not sound proof! Gearing people have sex was not what I wanted to listen to…

It seemed rather well kept.

Even though I had reserved a king bed over a month in advance when I got there to check in they told me they were over booked and moved me to a different hotel down the road. arriving at that hotel I was charged $40 dollars more than my original booked price and down graded to a Queen. I don’t think I will book here.

My reasoning for the low scores is our reservation was canceled two days before we were to arrive, I spoke with the GM and she was very apologetic about the cancelation, she gave us excellent information so this wouldn't happen again. When we travel to see our Packers we will call the hotel directly for our reservation, it seems the booking.com sites this happens quite frequently. Amy was the greatest. Thanks for all your help.

This is a very nice facility. It is well equipped, clean and well located. The breakfast is above average.

They over booked so I did not get the room I reserved. We ended up having to use a hide a bed. Not the best solution. That said we were lucky to get a room at all as a group checking in after us with a confirmed booking were shown the road with no assistance to find them a room in the area. They were only assured that their credit card would be refunded.

Traffic noise was unbelievable on my side of hotel. Poor window construction. Worst yet was there was no hot water all morning. Hot water ran out. First time in my life staying in a hotel that ran out of water!

Check in and check out was simple. The gentleman at the front desk doing check in was nice and pleasant. The maintenance gentleman was kind and helpful with our request. Room was ice cold and the tv channels were decent. Parking lot was well lit.

The breakfast didn’t include much besides biscuits and gravy one day and the next day eggs and bacon. The decor is very old and could use some updating. Did not include a microwave. The elevator seemed like it was going to break down. It did not meet my expectations for a Marriott hotel.

The first room I was given had this overwhelming smell-like someone dumped old lady perfume into the carpet. I thought it would go away or I'd get used to it, but it gave me a headache. I called the front desk and rhey were able to give me a different room right away, no issues. Friendly and fast service! Breakfast was nice and delicious.

fell leaving the front entry of the building with my baby in the car seat the concrete is so screwed up and they think cones are enough to tell people. I didn’t see the cone as my husband was walking on the side of my and I was carrying the car seat so didn’t know the concrete was raised and I fell flat on my face was able to set my babies car seat down as I fell. but I screwed up my hand and my left arm as I landed on it. told the front desk and I all I got was oh I’m sorry. nothing else. I think maybe I should hire an attorney. I’m very disappointed but at the same time the weather was terrible after our. aughters volleyballl tournament so I had to book the room again as we are a two hour ride home and it was freezing rain towards home and terrible thunderstorms here.

a refund for our room would be great as I fell and very much hurt my arm and hand also some kids were playing in the elevator for hours holding it up as well as throwing things in the po and acting crazy in the pool and running up and down the halls.
