The gym was small

Fast check in, got to select the floor we stayed on, clean room, had everything we needed for the night, close to a lot of great restaurants and stores.

I loved everything about the property

The guy at the front desk was very professional and kind. Literally the only redeeming quality about the entire stay. Central location was good, but there are much better options, so don't waste your time here.

Breakfast is a licensed Starbucks, so forget the standard continental breakfast and you pay per item. The woman working there was rude, and seemed annoyed I existed, then when the front desk told her I had paid for breakfast with the booking, she changed her tune. The "Latte" was one of the worst drinks I've ever had. Coffee was never ready on time any of the other mornings. The pillows were crumbled foam, the bedspread was too small for the bed and thin, the towels like sandpaper and smelled like bleach and were old, the shower had rust stains, the walls were paper thin, I could hear the horror movie playing one room over, and the couple yelling at their kids on the other side. They only replace towels or clean the room every other day, probably some "COVID security" ridiculousness, no one is wearing masks tho, it's all a scam to have to provide fewer services and cut costs. Definitely not worth $130/night.

Staff was by far the friendliest, and most accommodating of all the hotels I’ve been to here!
