Breakfast was good, but I need to avoid wheat and options were limited. One day had potatoes, some days had rice option. Good gathering places for small groups of people available.

On bill one day mid-week was listed higher with no explanation.

This hotel is spotlessly clean, the location is great and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. Our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and the gentleman at the desk provided us with an alternate room immediately. Large rooms with everything you need. We will stay here again if we're in the area.

We would have preferred that our AC wouldn't have went out but these things happen.

Cleanliness, large room,comfortable bed & bedding, breakfast. Day staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was really noisy. Even though it was to have soundproof walls, the air conditioning unit was right outside our window and kept us up.

The staff was nice and was willing to fix the problems.

Our initial suite was right next to the outside courtyard/basketball court so we got to listen to people play basketball until 11pm. We had to be moved because the suite was infested with ants. The pool was FREEZING, but we toughed it out because our kids really wanted to swim. The second suite was on a different floor, away from noise and had no ants.

NOT clean. Elevators did not get cleaned for first 3 days we were there. We checked in at 11 pm after traveling all day from Kansas City. Our room had not been cleaned, trash still in the bathroom, dirty sink and floors, hair all over inside the sheets of the bed, the door had been busted into at some point so was janky and shined light through…we asked for new room but they gave us new sheets since the hotel was full. The smell in the room was like somebody died in there. So we remade our bed, did not even bother to give us pillow cases, took out the trash from the last person….they moved us the next day and then things got a bit better during the week. Hot tub was turned down half way through the week, so couldn’t take advantage of that. Supposed to have included grab and go breakfast at this place which consisted of $10 sandwiches. About half the staff wore masks. We asked to have our room cleaned twice during our stay…..no show. We stayed here for a whole week and had to fetch our own towels, take out our own trash and make our beds. If you are looking at booking this room based on experience with Marriott, find something else!!! Not worth it. Will never stay here again.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional. Ran into a problem and they fixed it right away.
