We had 2 Name night stay but my spouse Mother Passed away so we had to leave the same night we checked in and then They act like We can’t get a refund saying it’s a process then want to charge us a cancellation fee This was an unexpected situation We had to cancel.. you don’t know when death will hit.. still haven’t received our Refund

section of the carpet in our room was very wet…..Room #112 Breakfast was not available in BISTRO. water damage in kitchen area Nextdoor to our room?

loved the room

the breakfast was supposed to be included and it wasn’t, then $46 dollars later the lady making the coffee completely forgets I ordered 4 coffees and makes everyone that ordered after me. also, I don’t think she had ever made coffee before. the pool was out of towels and so much chlorine in the air it burned my eyes. there were some kids spraying us with water guns basically unsupervised by the parents drinking a daiquiri in the corner. no phone line works.

I didn't have a bathtub in a room with a balcony. I would have liked a balcony and a bathtub.

Clean pool and hot tub. Beds very comfy, walk in shower was amazing!!!

Need more trash cans and more than 2 bottles of water per room. MO
