I enjoyed all the different ways of lighting, the fluffy pillows and how comfy the bed was. I looked out and saw the Mississippi. It was beautiful

No exhaust fan in bathroom

The location was excellent.

I paid in full when I booked through Booking.com and when we arrived on 4/13, we were told we had to put a credit card in for incidentals. I tried to use the same card I booked with and the individual who checked us in said it wasn’t taking my card. So my husband had to use his. We put 2 coffees on our room and when we left, they charged his card another 608 dollars for our stay. And, my card the one they said couldn’t be used, was charged for our coffee. When my husband called to ask that they reverse the 2nd charge, they said we don’t show you paid, so you will have to dispute the charges with your financial institution, It’s pretty ridiculous that a guest who has paid for their stay up front, has to tell the facility they stayed in how they should figure out payment receipt from a third party. They had the room booked under my name, how is it they were unable to tell it was also paid for. My husband is now trying to get our bank to investigate the duplicate charge for the same room and time.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. I love the option for streaming tv and as well as shampoo and body wash equipped in the shower and a beautiful view of the Mississippi River.

The only thing disappointing was the door slammed, and you could hear them all slam in your room.

Great location, beautiful view from the room, very clean and updated.

The housekeeping staff knocked on our door 2 times before 9:30am to "see if we had left so they could clean it". This seemed very unnecessary and was irritating since it wasn't even check-out time.

The location was Perfect and the bed, super soft

TV was funky. Sometimes the stations worked and other times, nope. the pillow cases were not as soft as I like. We are NOT fans of Starbucks!! Ate breakfast at Perkins 👍

Room was lovely. we love “adult” toilets! Sounds silly but the older you get.. the more important that is on your knees.
