The area felt safe. The parking was free. The breakfast was amazing! The room was big and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Clean , front desk staff nice and efficient. Good parking available.

Sink area low lighting was unacceptable. If you choose to have minimal lighting you need a nice lighted make up mirror for my wife. Also the adjacent closet area was so dark you couldn’t pick out your clothes from suitcase. This area was the poorest lit area that I’ve ever seen in a hotel room.

Breakfast was great. Employees were wonderful. Inside pool was a bonus, plus the jacuzzi. The location was good, in a beautiful area, close to restaurants and stores.

Upkeep on the property. Plug didn’t work on one side of the nightstand lamp. Water didn’t drain from tub, very slow. Toilet had a different top on the back, and seemed to run after flushing. The towel rack wasn’t screwed in on one side. I booked a room for three adults, but had to go to the front desk for more towels and coffee pods. I would stay here again if I knew the owner made upgrades to the building by a maintenance person who does quality work. Pay your workers, you get what you pay for and your hotel shows it.

Jam was amazing! She was so kind understanding and very sweet! She made feel very welcomed. Their needs to be more associates like her especially when you are dealing with the public and people one on one. I will be coming back whenever I am traveling to the area. And the person I would love to see again is Jam!
