Have stayed at Courtyards before. This one is not up to Marriott standards. Needs updating and maintenance. Disappointed in the quality and upkeep of this facility.

Pool had a lot of stuff from the trees floating around and no pool towels

Elevator was broken and only had a room available on the third floor.

The lobby was nice.

I asked for a balcony. What I got was a narrow cement strip overlooking a noisy street that had cobwebs, leaves and even old cigarette butts. They need some serious renovation on the halls and rooms. The walls in my bathroom were dirty and the bolt lock on my door was broken. I told the desk and after four days no one did anything about it or even came up to look at it.

Property was quiet and safe

No breakfast. TV kept being interrupted by bad reception. Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi.

The TV connectivity was very sporadic. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable.
