Room was ready slightly ahead of check in- efficient process for valet and guest check in. Beautiful lobby with ice cold water out on a hot summer day!

Beautiful historical hotel! The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly.

Lack of working ice machines

The location is awesome. Right next to the power and light district, and one of the main concert venues in the city. The speak easy bar and the restaurant were decent.

The room was not clean. The toilet had stains in it from who knows how many previous guests. It looks like they haven’t used a toilet brush for the past month or more. The crevices and baseboards were very dirty. Animal hair and some sort of hard stuck on substance in the carpet. The mattress wasn’t very supportive amd saggy and I weigh 120 pounds.

The front desk and valet staff were absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone we encountered was so kind and welcoming.

It was a busy weekend so getting to our room later in the evening was difficult because the elevators are small. Check-out was the same. The check-out time was fine but actually getting down to the lobby with our bags was a slow process because of the size of the elevators. The only solution that might ever work would be to stagger the check-out times by floor. The charm and beauty of the property more than made up for this MINOR inconvenience.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooms were great! Just love the hotel itself.

had a speakeasy bar, couldn’t find it. no open bar area for a drink after concert.

Room adequate for 1 night stay.

Got charged 2 nights for a 1-night stay. Rooms not ready for, staff needed additional time to clean rooms as many were checking out. Went out to lunch, returned later & checked in for 1 night stay. Charge on credit card stated, "no show", so got charged for "no show', also got charged for "showing up", both on SAME DATE!!!!! Tried to call but voice mailbox full.

The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. Our dinner and breakfast were very good. Our room was large and decorate tastefully. We liked the free shuttle.

While our dinner and breakfasts were very good, we had to wait quite a long time for our meal to be served, especially dinner.

There was no breakfast unless you wanted to pay $30. No vending machines . Only ice available was a residential version of an ice maker on every other floor .

The receptionist was slow and hateful. Check in was 4pm and we asked for an early check in and arrived at 3. Set in the lobby till 5 waiting on our room. Missed our dinner reservations and went to the concert hungry at the T-Mobile center. Luckily they sold beer there !! Unluckily it was $15.50 each !!

Beds and pillows were ok, but could have been more comfortable. Room was a bit smaller than I expected.

I absolutely LOVED the aesthetic of the lobby and the hotel in general. It was very fancy looking! And the staff went above and beyond! Super friendly and welcoming!

The rooms didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. that was the only downfall that I noticed.

Room served its purpose for a 1 night stay. If I were to have stayed the weekend, I would have upgraded to a room with a few more amenities. Neat hotel otherwise.

I asked for a room with a view and received a room with a beautiful view !
