too high of a rate for a room that smell like cigarettes smoke and the room floor had uneven floor tiles, plus the bathtub was not up to par. plus a large deposit for a room that smelled awful.

very dirty, feet were black within one hour, clearly smoking is a reoccurring thing. it was just a mess

Ice machine was inoperable, I needed ice. Breakfast was grab n go, definitely inadequate. Room was extremely dated, maid sevice was too late each day so never got service. Picked up clean towels at front office.

we thought the location would be good but it was noisy. We enjoyed the bed and the bathroom was handicapped as requested.

Noisy. only 1 handicap room, close to stairs, driveway, street and tram line. Otherwise it would have been great!

The only thing that needs to change is the breakfast. This hotel is still observing "covid protocol", and only gives a bag breakfast of a jimmy dean sandwich, granola bar, yogurt and a bottle of water. This is not a breakfast for anyone with food sensitivity/allergies.

Nothing

Everything, rooms where filthy, dirty, smelly all over the building of smoke, homeless loitering. Terrible representation, horrible customer service. Not recommended to anyone that lives in Arizona or is passing by to stay at that hotel ever. Never had we experienced a Hotel as poorly as this one.

The Meth head were in the parking lot, and customers shouting through the walls.

The staff is super nice 🙂😊 and the parking area is perfect i can't complain at all.
