Veralterte Ausstattung, Geruch im Zimmer. Hier sollte dringlich renoviert werden, aber ordentlich!

The location, The property was nice.

I am very upset. The first room that we were given (#230) had a really odd and bad smell. Like a sewer smell or a dead rodent. But we arrived so late in the evening we weren't up to dealing with it. And I realized then why the bathroom fan was left on. We hoped that the next day once the room was cleaned it would be gone. Room hadn't been cleaned and the odor was still there. I spoke to the lady in the office and she said she would leave a message for the day shift and gave us more towels, since they were fully booked and had no other rooms available. Friday night we came in and it still smelled. (Room hadn't been cleaned) Went and talked to the front desk and to get more towels and because the room keys were not working. She came up to let us in and she agreed the room smelled. She moved us to room #278 thankfully and apologized for the inconvenience. She told us they were short staffed for room cleaners. (The rooms were never cleaned during the whole stay) We tried to got to breakfast on Saturday, It was closed for an inspection? We didn't even try to go eat on Sunday, we figured it was still closed and the inspection would probably be done on Monday. We were leaving very early, so that was no benefit to us. I not really a picky person, but this was a bit much. The staff were very helpful and nice but limited in what they could do since they were the night shift. It wasn't there fault. The property is very nice, and the rooms were nice pretty much except for this odor. And I'm really upset that I am being charged the full price of the stay when it was so lousy. And I understand things happen, but I think the property should comp us for at least two nights of the reservation. Thank you. P.S. It's been over a week and I still can't the manager on the phone to discuss this. And I have received no call back in response to the message I left with the front desk last Friday. I was told I would receive a call back. Nope!

Quite location away from the freeway.

Staff was wonderful! From the person who checked us in, to the staff who brought us more coffee pods- couldn’t ask for more nice, helpful people. The motel was clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend stay, amenities were great, it was quiet even with the motel being completely sold out. I didn’t worry about my car being broken into, which is a huge relief for me. The motel is close enough to everything, but tucked away where it’s peaceful.

The cost was higher than usual (assuming) because Taylor Swift was performing in Seattle and everything was sold out. Otherwise, this place is a banger; especially at the standard cost.

Had comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Big bathroom sink area! Good shower. Hooks for towel in shower area. Iron and board were great. Suitcase stands! Yes! Two of them! Lamp between queen beds with two switches! Plus plug for technology! Tv worked beautifully and was easy to use! Microwave and fridge both worked well! Spacious room. Hangers for clothes. Plug in for hairdryer and mirror close for use. Nightlight in bathroom area for night time visits to the toilet! Do you know how many hotel rooms don’t have this?! Much better equipped than most hotel rooms we stay in! Well done!

Breakfast was good for three mornings as we were there between 6-7 am but on the last day we went later in the morning and there were no more plates, forks, ketchup coffee cream etc.

The property looked well maintained, the staff was super nice. The rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge.

The bathroom was not clean, hair everywhere. And the carpet in the room was sticky. The brakefast room did not have enough tables so everone had to share which was weird.

We had 3 staying and everyday, I had to go get more towels and wash cloths. We were placed by the stairs and people were constantly going up and down, and it sounded like elephants running above us. Getting sleep was not easy.
