Very clean and comfortable

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The receptionist was really cheerful and helpful.
When I came into the room, I was surprised to see a torn curtain. As regards breakfast service, the pancakes which were made in the pancake machine were good but the following morning I could not enjoy them since the machine was broken. I missed ham and cheese for the bread and I was surprised to see plastic cutlery and plates for serving breakfast. I expected a better one.
The heater was quite old. I did not like the smell that came from the machine and it was quite noisy.

The elevator was out, the property did call to let me know prior to my arrival. Stairwells are not air conditioned- even a fan could have helped.
Also- large family reunion, the other guests were so extremely loud. I would have preferred a room AWAY from them.
The washing machine ate several $$, no detergent to purchase.

Did not eat breakfast.
Our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay. We had been contacted and told our room had been cleaned and inspected. Arrived back to our room around 9:00 PM, room exactly as we left it earlier in the day. Too late to be cleaned and too late to change to another room. Paid too much money to be sleeping in a room the had not been serviced.
