Durante mi estancia no hubo agua fría en el cuarto 111, lo reporte desde el día que llegue pero siguió igual, no podía bañarme porque el agua estuvo muy caliente todo el tiempo

The mold growing in the bathroom ceiling. The dirty sheets and the filth that was not cleaned from all surfaces. Including after the front desk knew I would not stay in this filth, they refused to refund me my money. I hope they used it to fix these issues. Just rude.

Location was close to highway where we needed to stop.
This Econo Lodge did NOT honor the confirmed reservation price that we received from Booking.com. They charged us $20 more than our confirmation stated. The option would have been to try to find another hotel when we had been on the road all day and needed to stop. The not very friendly woman at the desk tried to tell me it must have been booked before the taxes went up but I had booked it just the night before. WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!
The beds seemed clean but no carpeting on the floor and our feet turned absolutely black!

It was located right off the interstate.
They need to clean better. Floors didn't look like they had been swept or mopped for a while. little bugs flying around. Breakfast was a joke. All they supplied was cereal.

They called the police and said that I looked like a murder suspect n 7 police beat on my door n realized that I looked nothing like him n I was uncomfortable the rest of the time

Nice locations, we love it on top of the hills and quiet from traffic sounds and friendly staffs. The room always smell nice after the cleaning. and like the art of USA map on the room wall. Thanks for your hospitality

our room appeared to be freshly renovated. everything was clean and tidy.
had very little contact with staff, but the couple I did speak to were polite, respectful and courteous.

Front desk lady
We asked for a refund and did not stay there! They had roaches, and it was completely filthy. We inspected the room before we brought our things in from the car, thankfully, and went to the front desk she offered us a different room, and we checked it out, and it was also completely filthy! I took pictures of both rooms as we walked through. We ended up having to pay for a different hotel. Thankfully, there was another one close that had a room available costing me an extra $120.00. I'm still waiting for my money back it has yet to hit my account. This place needs a visit from the health department and possibly shut down. How is it legal to rent this type of bio-hazard? I feel I should be reimbursed for the second hotel for inconvenience because they knowingly tried to rent out this room! I wish I could upload all the pictures 🤮🤬
