The lady working the check in/out desk was helpful and kind. She really made the stay.
The pillows were small and hard, the beds were not standard queens, more like a full, and not the most comfortable.

Location and receptionist.
Noisy upstairs guests. Stomping all night. Room could have been cleaner, sock and corn flakes in chair.

Eggs frozen, sausage cold, coffee terrible. Not much more to choose from.

That the light never worked in my room... They wouldn't let me clean my own room but had bad experience so didn't want worker in my room

Breakfast was fine for a quick bite. I would have liked cheese to make breakfast sandwich.

We were given a second room after finding many unacceptable flaws in the first room. The breakfast was quite good. The concept of their renovation is good, but they have a long way to go.
This hotel is under renovation (06/26/23), but upon entrance into our room, our full length mirror was shattered, there was a foreign matter on the bedspead, hair along the floor boards in the bathroom and cheetoes left on the floor. We were given a different room, which had less issues, but not great.

The room was filthy. Every piece of the bedding was dirty it was never changed. Had to get new everything including towels.

Black mold all over inside refrigerator in room, brown water came out when you turned on shower, could hardly open and close bathroom door.. was not very clean

It was convenient to where we needed to be.
The bathroom was dirty. There were holes in the bedspread. The drapes would not close completely. The property needs to be renovated.

vending machines didn’t work. stains in carpet. chunky of something on bathroom floor. 830 am and housekeeping unlocked our door to come in.

the rooms were gross. blood on walls, doors all busted & broken, bedroom door barely shut tight, shower wasn’t cleaned, carpet ripped up everywhere, the male employee was beyond disrespectful & rude. one of us, had to move rooms due to the state of their room.

Remote for TV wouldn't turn TV on.or off and had to stand right next to TV to turn channels. Went to desk to ask for new batteries. He was on phone, went in office and closed door. Said he would bring some. Never came. Toilet leaked. Doors slamming all night.

Easy to get to off the highway, the front desk clerk checked us in and she was there to check us out. Answered all my questions, the continental breakfast was very good too. We will stay again when in Green Bay.
The front desk clerk also gave us a great sports bar to eat dinner at that was 3 minutes away.
Everything was great, I wouldn't change anything.
