Had to get new key everyday, no hot water, unfriendly , rooms were not ready after 2 months reservation

Thugs and prostitution staying in a room across from my room. Roaches on the bathroom floor and not swept. The fire alarm was not installed, just a dangling wire. The place was in process of renovating and very poorly renovated. I changed to another room the second night and there was no safety lock on the door , refrigerator didn’t get cold, tv cable was not connected in my first room, tv cable in second room had no connector end on it. It was my first trip to Biloxi and I will never again stay at that Windham location ever again. Overall experience is that the place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt new.

Everything was good

The room was big and nice. The location was perfect, it's across the street from the beach. It was within walking distance to alot of places.

You could hear everyone walking or running by the room. Was woken up 2 mornings by kids running and playing in the pool.

Old hotel with nothing but new coat of paint.

No breakfast rooms were nasty workers not friendly

Rooms could have been swept better towels shouldn't have been behind refrigerator sheets had stains on them as well as pillows

Bugs coming out of wall, floors that turn bare feet black straight out of the shower, loud music played all night, parking is atrocious.

EVERYTHING!!!!! The feeling of the room was dirty and musty. The toilet was not cleaned nor was the room at all. There was a Waffle House butter under the bed. The refrigerator didn’t work in either room we were in. The first room and neither the second room we were moved to. The living situation was horrible.

nothing. table was broke, no phone, no lamp, mold in bathroom, cover felt like a sheet, scared of bed bugs, no remote, no clock. nothing in the room not even a dresser. left everything in car because scared to take it iside.

I didn’t like anything about the property!

I didn’t like that the staff wasn’t that friendly! We did not get a greeting and when my husband tried asking questions, the person who was at front desk was so rude and ignored my husband! I don’t think the hotel is for travelers, I think it’s for prostitution and I think everybody else EXCLUDING my family was living in the hotel! I only booked because of the name lol I expected better! The hotel is really old and had roaches! The rooms smells sooooo bad! The towels had dirt and food stains! The comforter and sheets on the beds are sooo thin! The carpet was dirty ! The walls are so thin that I heard people having sex and heard their whole conversation! The pool water was soooo filthy! I never seen anything like it! Don’t waste your time and money! THEY MADE QUICK MONEY FROM US! It was only for 1day though, neverrrrrr everrrrr in life again!

The staff was nice & room clean. This isn't our 1st stay here.

They are renovating & we were not able to sleep in one morning due to it sounding like they were drilling through our walls

It wasn't too bad for the price. The desk clerk was pleasant. I didn't have any major issues with the stay.

The feel of the motel and the rooms gave you the sense of muggy, damp, and unclean. Everything looked presentable, but the feeling was off. Not my first choice of stay, but I would definitely stay again if needed.

the bed was comfy

the shower head was super low. the light is the bathroom was superrrr dim. the shower curtain rod was broken. the carpet was nasty. the door barely opened. no coffee pot. used gum on the door frame. both room keys didn’t work the next morning.
