Location was generally clean

NO maid service!!!! Will not return because of this….so because we stayed three nights no maid service…I’m carting the dirty towels and garbage down to front desk!!! This no maid service policy is a bad policy

When we arrived there was literal criminal activity going on. There was a drug deal sale in view in the parking lot, a hooker being solicited by a man, and a handful of drunk men standing outside of the bar next door. We did not get out of our car. Two minutes later the police arrived to address the issues. I was alone traveling with my fifteen year old daughter. We did not feel safe. We left and had to drive and find another hotel that was safe. We should have received a refund for our booking and we have not yet since we cancelled it.

Good night rate, quiet, clean, good beds, breakfast included.

This is tucked back into several closed businesses. The parking lots are overgrown and the first time driving in made me feel a little unsure. After staying and driving in and out, I feel it is a safe area.

Location was hard to find

I loved the comfort of the beds and the pillows. The room was very clean and a good size.

Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast foods. Staff was very helpful upon arrival.

The breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean. The frig and space in it was nice. The breakfast staff were nice and provided what was needed or asked for. Asking for something at the front desk, the staff were nice and provided what was needed. The thermostat in room was easy to use. Parking was good.

I did not get a receipt when I checked out. I was very unhappy about that. The bed was hard and it was hard to regulate room temperature. Either would get too cold or stuffy. No extra blankets in room. The hotel was not easy to find. Had to use phone to find hotel. Need to provide better signage to find hotel.

location seemed not safe, abandon properties in front, hotel had a boarded up window and no designated driveway had to drive thru abandoned businesses.

Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, sausage, waffles…..

It was hard to navigate how to get to the parking lot from the street. You have to go through empty store parking lots to get to their parking lot.

It was clean and comfortable.

We will have a dog on the way back and I thought the $75 pet fee was a little excessive. The front desk was professional but not what I would call pleasant.

Delicious and satisfying

One morning the coffee was a little weak.

We enjoyed everything. Breakfast was even phenomenal. The best part is the comfort of the beds.

We have no complaints.
