Excellent services

The location is good.

1. Noisy. The back door was open & close again and again, 😔"peng~peng~peng~",made me headache. 2. The staff doesn't want to talk with me.( I asked her if I could change one room cz noise )

Don't think we got a breakfast.

Pool area was sparse.

The hotel is very beautiful when you walk in but then when you get to your room, it doesn’t reflect the quality that it looks like downstairs

I really didn’t like the fact that they’re charging $20 per night for parking self parking at that and then if my husband visits me that’s another $20 per night for his car so if I stay here for two nights it’s $80 just for parking and it’s not Valle the bed is not very comfortable

The location was excellent, almost 15 mins away from all major attractions. We got the one bedroom suite which was beautiful, love that it has two restrooms and two closets. Very spacious, it was also a corner suite so lots of windows and natural light. Really enjoyed that.

The room really did have any heat so it was very cold in our room which was the downside. Also a lot of the snacks and drinks in the lobby were way overpriced, definitely theme park prices so I suggest bringing your own.

location is close to 280 and the Apple Park

the hotel did plumbing repair work that shut the water off to hotel, understandably such work must be done, but incoming guess should’ve been forewarned
