Location convenient, the breakfast option was ok. Usually complimentary, but it was ok. Really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash being chemical free.

The bathroom door made a sliding scratching noise each time closed very loud. The sheets on both beds had something like dried blood or chocolate on them nothing I would be super concerned about but it was kinda off putting. No vent in bathroom. I didn't like that my 6 year old was so easily able to purchase a 20.00 movie. That was a deal breaker as I was in shower and he bought Elemental then fell asleep 15 minutes after lol

Great shower , water pressure and very generous bottles of shampoo! Breakfast looked and smelled good , watermelon and scramble eggs looked fresh , but we decided to eat somewhere else . Location was good , parking was easy , spacious and mainly available. The entry hall with high ceiling and lots of light . Nice first impression. We enjoyed using your gym! Swimming pool looked inviting , but didn’t have any fresh towels in the morning . Overwhelmed staff or cost cuts ?

1) Very very very loud AC . Doesn’t help to have a restful night of sleep after a long drive from southern CA , especially with a pretty uncomfortable stiff mattress like that . Install a modern ceiling fans instead ! One can’t use your AC anyway for the whole night . Had to turn it on/off all night long ! 2) internet connection is spotty 3) Bottled water for 3$ ?! Feels like airport prices , but even there they have drinking fountains. Most hotels now are offering complimentary drinks and coffee . 3) keys not working . Had to reset twice . That happens a lot , thankfully you had a nice cleaning lady who helped us with this issue

Pool was not open tho it was very clearly in perfect working order and immaculate. Staff said it's been like that since he started a month ago. 199 and no pool is unacceptable. Also only permitted 1 key per room for inability to make a second key. Very inconvenient

I liked the lobby and the common areas. The grounds were nice.

The furniture is dated and worn. The beds were soft and not very comfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom above the shower looks like it had black mold. The shower drain was brown and looked rusted out. Not worth the price of over $200.00.

Ice machines did not work on all floors, Pool was out, Spa was out, Dryer was out. TV didn't work well. When I called to complain they told me they would let the manager know and then didn't even say bye before they hung up after my wait.

It is right off the highway which was convenient; room was clean and comfortable. We were there for a short overnight so didn't experience all the amentities but for a good night's sleep, it was great.

Although the cost was comparative, it was a little high for a standard room.

Everything was going well the day we got there until we saw a cockroach in the bathroom the day of checkout. Not sure if returning to this property again.

more than a month later and I’m still in dispute of a $32 that was double charged on my card for breakfast. My reservation had breakfast included already. Will appreciate if someone look into this. I’ve called the property but had to cancel the transaction through my credit card company since I didn’t have the refund from Hilton.

The power was out from 6pm to beyond 8am the next day. No heater, elevators, or tv. The person I was with was handicapped and she had to to deal with stairs. we left at 8am the next day and still no power. I gave my number to the front desk when I checked out and no one from the hotel reached out.
