The view.

The first room we were given was filthy. The floor was clearly not vacuumed, there was trash in several of the drawers of the dresser, the kitchen table was covered in crumbs and sticky stuff. The bathroom was atrocious. There was hair all over the floor the shower head appeared to be covered in sediment and falling apart, the faucet wouldn't turn off, the bathtub paint was chipping and the lighting was so poor it was as though you were showering in the dark. The next room we were given was decently cleaned however the bathroom lighting was exactly the same. Needless to say, it was next to impossible to see to shower. The bathtub did not drain. In the 5-minute shower I took I was standing in ankle-deep water which took over an hour to drain. In the hallways, there were several areas that appeared to be attempted to be bleached stains. Two of the three hot tubs were closed and the one that was open was the same temperature as the pool. There was no food other than burnt hot dogs and muffins in the entire building. All restaurants were closed and the vending machines were so overpriced it would have cost $10 for a small bag of chips and a drink. My kids were starving around 9pm and there was nothing to give them unless I left and drove down the strip. Also, it was never disclosed in the booking listing that they were under construction/renovations until I arrived. Also, not disclosed was that this was a timeshare and I would be responsible for basically cleaning the room myself. I have emailed the hotel as well. I would never stay there again.

Room some stuff was clean some not , some things need upgrades as bed

I love the location of the hotel, it was in a nice location, I went with my family, they had a nice pool with a cash bar , staff was polite and there was many kids activities for our kids to enjoy!

There wasn't much parking available in the hotel parking garage, we had to park out front of the hotel. It took a while for us and everyone to wait for the elevators. The check-in staff at night made a remark, which wasn't really nice when we finished checking in.

It was very clean and quiet

I arrived early and requested a room with a view of the ocean and bay. Additionally at arrival, I requested a room near the elevator as I use a walker. THEY ACCOMODATED ME WITH NO PROBLEM and the view from the room will have me going back to Boardwalk Flagship for any stay I make in Atlantic City. I've been to many hotels but Flagship (and this is my 2nd stay) has the best view of the water.

For me, everything you need a resort to offer while away from home I found at Flagship Boardwalk.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The main lobby and main level was very nice, clean and modern.

The beds were awful, rock hard. It actually caused my sciatic nerve to flare. The room was dingy and concerning. There were several blood smears on walls throughout the room along with cigarette burns in the rug. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. We were also misled as living area in every other hotel consists of a couch where as this room provided one chair and a dining table.

Staff was awesome, elevators were very interesting but the room as clean! Beds were okay not terrible

We had a balcony room, the weather seal was broken so there was a draft blowing in and the heat didn’t work so it was a little chilly in the room. We didn’t say anything though I’m sure they would have accommodated us

We liked the bed, the kitchenette and the patio.

The windows were disgusting and need to be replaced.
