The outside and the lobby area were nice
The rooms are outdated. You’re paying so much for a room and it blah. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The bed didn’t even have a blanket to confer yourself with!! It had just a thinker type of sheet used to make the bed.

I loved the view that overlooks the all the boats that were docked. It was located in a nice beautiful location. Definitely will be returning back again.

Location
A worker’s’ strike has been going on since last July. We had to cross a picket line and security escorted us in. We never would have chosen to cross a picket line. The strikers were beating drums, chanting, making noise at the entrance of the hotel. Our first 2 room assignments were unacceptable because of the noise. Finally we were given a room away from the noise but warned the strikers appear every morning circling the hotel making more noise. Yep. At 7:30 they woke us up chanting with their bullhorns. The website should have mentioned this

Absolutely filthy. Dirty dishes left out from breakfast until the next day. Unbearable noise level. I would never stay here again.

The morning manger was a wonderful lady! Always help us with anything we needed. And the shuttle guys were just as wonderful

Clean, comfortable, good location. Excellent support from Elizabeth at the front desk in dealing with the protest issue below. Overall the hotel treated us fairly, compensating for our inconvenience and relocating us to a different room for our second night.
Bartender Michelle was great.
Hotel apparently been experiencing noisy and disruptive protests by a hotel contractor since last June using drums, whistles and loud chanting. Staff reports they are unaware when they will occur. In our case lasting about 2 hours starting at ~4 pm our first day followed by ~1 hour which awakened us at 7 am the next morning.
Luckily, the protests did not recur.
Not at all what we expect from a Hilton branded hotel.

Location was good with ocean just steps away. Great potential.
Needs a complete renovation.
Sheet had blood on it. Pillows uncomfortable. Generally a very tired looking place inside room and out. Lobby had buckets collecting rain water, how sad is that. Poor coffee.
On top of all this the union is striking and make noise at 7am, last night for 2-3 hours around 5-6pm and again now at 10:30 am before leaving.

We were upgraded to Marina view rooms when the registration person - Michelle, learned we were travelling for my mother's 90th birthday!

Nice area near the water
Employees on strike right in front of the property banging on drums and shouting which I never received an apology or compensation for. There were dirty mattresses and blankets/towels outside of the hallway in the hotel and it smelled bad due to that. Breakfast staff was racist they didn’t check anyone’s ticket but when I walked in tried to charge me for breakfast and coffee instead of asking did you stay here and proceed to show my ticket, it was noticeable/very disappointing and I will never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and once we were checked in they gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. My kids loved them! Everything was clean.
The lamp on our nightstand didn't work unless we unplugged it to turn it off then plugged it back in to turn it on.

Hotel was lovely with friendly staff, we had breakfast in the morning included in our package which we thought would be a buffet but was from a menu. It was very nice and cooked well. Coffee was also good. They had a free shuttle service to the port for our cruise
They don't do house keeping everyday of your stay which was disappointing as it's nice to get back after being out to a freshly made bed. For the price we paid it should have been included, we stayed 3 nights and could request to have a mini clean done but you had to stay 4 to get full service.

the bed was very comfortable. Liked the patio so we can seat outside. this is VERY important when we bring our dogs.
