The lighted mirror in the bathroom was dim, the switch to brighten didn’t work. Need to update the bathrooms ASAP.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

The elevator didn’t work through out the whole weekend. We have to carry our luggage 3 floors up and down. The carpets are dirty and smells. Once we get to our bedroom The card keys didn’t worked. We had to walked down and up the stairs once more to get it fixed. We had a wedding and need it to iron our close. The iron didn’t work either. Request a new iron and they said will bring one. Never brought it. We were 4 people in the bedroom only two towels. They never came to clean the bedrooms or to do the beds through out our stay. The trash was full and when I complained they said they only clean bedrooms upon request. Finally when we went to check out there was nobody at the front desk. Just a sign saying to drop your keys. Unbelievable. I’ll never stay at this hotel again

Close to the events we were attending

I requested ADL room and it was on the third floor and the elevator was broken and the staff would not put us on the first floor. So we had to struggle to the third floor. It violated our civil rights as a disabled person. On top of the the staff just let themselves into our room without knocking and I was not dressed. Which is embarrassing. There looked to be dog and cat throw up on the hallway carpets.

Starting with the keys. Rarely worked. My wife uses a walker. We were given a room on the 3rd floor although there was an issue with elevator. Elevator stuck and would not work. AT ALL. No help offered although I informed the night clerk of the situation and he said he was sorry. I carried big bags down two flights. The walker. And helped my wife navigate the stairs. All the doors stuck or didn’t close all the way. Carpet worn and frayed You need a complete gut rehab and start over. We stayed at Whndham property in Deerfield Beach. Excellent but not here.

Great place to stay. Pet friendly. Good breakfast.

Proximity to where I wanted to be. The staff were pleasant.

Traveling with a dog always seems to garner a very less than quality of room. The Furnishings had noticeable damage, room location was next to staff entrances and elevator, i.e. noisy hall.
