Location from the highway.

Pool was outdoor and closed for the season which was super sad for my three kids. We didn’t know it was an outdoor pool, but something to check on next time. They were also clearly in the middle of a renovation as some things were done, like the shower, and other things weren’t like the bathroom flooring. The whole room was hardwood floor which was not super comfy. The heat wasn’t on when we checked in and the temp outside was about 32°F (0°C) and the room was freezing. The heat also seemed to stay on constantly despite changing the heater multiple times so then we cooked overnight and that was uncomfortable in itself.

Breakfast was very unimpressive. Room was nice

The drain stopper in the hot tub would not stay up, unless held. The outlets in the bathroom did not work….. tried the reset, still nothing. Told the front counter person, they didn’t care……. Unhappy customer here. 🤬

Everything is always wonderful at this location. A personal favorite traveling to and from Arizona. An extra bonus is the Mexican cart in the parking lot.

Stains on the couches and curtains. Smelled horrible didnt even stay. Worst place ive ever seen. Had to book a different hotel so paid for two rooms for one night.

Hot tub , large room friendly accomadating staff.free breakfast coffee etc.Microwave and fridge in room.

Could have been cleaner around the hot tub and shower.Couches were dirty.Room was dated could use a update/ refurnished.

the bed was so comfortable! the jetted tub was amazing!

No TV! No elevator!
