Our room was facing a quiet street. The location is very close to town and walking to the ocean.
We requested two beds which were comfortable and room was a good value.
It is a nice place to stay for someone wanting to stay close to the beach.

Very clean, quiet and really close to Pismo Beach , restaurants and the man at the counter was very polite and made us feel welcome.

Luckily, a room was available during a busy June weekend.
And the front desk recommended a nearby Japanese restaurant and the meal was delicious.
The rate was high, but it was for a Saturday night.

I didn’t really like the property but it was easier that the parking lot was at the center.
I didn’t like the area around it, it wasn’t a good area to be able to walk around and leave my car behind.

In room there was no AC. It was very small for two beds n 4 people.

Perfect location, exactly what we needed. Close to the grover beach entrance. We like this hotel because its close enough for my husband to get in line early for a day pass or overnight camping in oceano and then he comes back to sleep a little more. We expected them to be sold out for memorial weekend and sure enough they did but we got our pass in time. Hotel is simple, if your looking for just a nights rest and shower. This hotel is it.

There was no breakfast available. The room was small and did not have AC, but we were able to open the front and bathroom window for ventilation. The location was convenient.
The hotel should install AC units and put families with small children on first floor, so they're not running up and down stairs and yelling at 8:30 in the morning...😩

The location. It was closed to the Grover Beach and Pismo Beach about 4 blocks away.
No air-conditioning system. We had 2 fans in the room but it was still hot.
