Quiet, very comfortable and very good continental breakfast. Will be back.

Elevator very slow. Would hate to be having to get out of there in a hurry.

Front desk staff were friendly

There were guests that were loud and extremely obnoxious in the pool area. Running and very disorderly- I did inform the front desk who took care of situation and were extremely apologetic. I wish however they would have ejected from the pool area!!! They were screaming using loud language and the parents did nothing to correct or corral them..again they should have been ejected

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in shower great. I’m very fussy when it comes to shampoo and conditioner and I really liked them. There was also hand soap and lotion in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. We meet up with friends once a year and it is always a great time.

Friendly staff and a good breakfast

Bed wasn't the most comfortable but we have an amazing bed at home, so it's hard to match that.

We reserved a handicap accessible room and did not get a handicap accessible room. Nothing about the room was handicap accessible. My dad couldn’t even take a shower because he was afraid of falling. I asked for a shower chair. They didn’t even have one of those. I was not happy with the situation!!😡🤬
