The breakfast was really good. It was a full breakfast and not a continental breakfast like many of the motels offer.

The responsiveness of the staff to address concerns that we had with our AC unit that caused our floor to be ver wet. We called the front at desk around 7 am to report the problem and we were told they would maintenance personnel arrived. So, I asked what time did maintenance arrive and was told they arrive around 10 am.

Did not lime that it was not hot breakfasts being served. Also AC did not work properly for 3 days reported to staff. They sent some guy by the Robert from the front desk to check it. He turn it down to 65 and said all the AC. were like this. It should get cold now. But it never did get cold at all. As me and my cousin were going out Saturday afternoon. We passed the front desk and said to him it’s still not cold in there. And we will let you in when we return back from our family party. But when we return no one at the front desk.

there was dust all over the walls.. the television didn't work nor did the microwave.

Location was close to my relatives.

Water stains all over ceilings, mold, dirty shower, toilet didn’t work and beds coming apart, pillows are the size of throw pillows. Our 6 year old woke up with an asthmatic reaction. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
