The outside of the hotel was pretty.
When I arrive could not get anything to Eat at the hotel because it was all reserved. I actually had to walk up the street. To find a little establishment so I can get something to eat not fun. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

The staff at the bar and restaurant were outstanding
We didnt get room service and had no new towels for our stay and bed was not made or trash picked up. They were in the hallway, but never service our room.

Cool history, nicely converted into a hotel, while keeping the feel of the factory. Loved the historic photos of the factory employees.

the bedding. the blanket/quilt left a lot to be desired and the bathroom toilet seat was broke

This atmospheric Hotel is not far either from the Amtrak station or Downtown. Staff friendly. Food good in the restaurant. Room comfortable and a good size. Shower good. Adequate storage.

very nice and historical hotel, free parking, large rooms, nice restaurant, no breakfast but free coffee in the morning. Staff very helpful. 5 minutes by car to city center otherwise 15 minutes nice walk.

No coffee in room, small room, dark lobby,staff was confused about our reservation and not welcoming,

We feel that you should offer some type of breakfast for the guests. We come out to Lancaster often and have stayed in various locations and each one offers something. The price to stay in the Cork Factory is a little high especially with no type of breakfast as the other locations due.
We did try to get into the restaurant/bar before our show but there was not seating, which is a good thing as it was very busy. When were returned it was closed.
We did like the location and the property was very clean and comfortable.

I asked that one room not be in annex. Both times the girl (do not know her name) was very short. They put my son in beautiful suite and my other room was in annex. There were stains on the carpet. Overall the hotel was beautiful. Very disappointed in the other room with two beds.
