The room was moldy(particularly the bathroom; ceiling was covered in black mold) and not worth the nightly rate. Whenever anyone in the family called to get rates through the front desk agent, she kept saying “book online”.

property under construction but staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially late at night.

booking.com had cancelled our reservation without notifying us which delayed check-in for over 30 minutes which was difficult with 2 very tired kids. the staff at the property was amazing at work arounds! price was even better than online since we were not actually given a discount by booking.com

We booked while the hotel was being remodeled... it's going to looked great when it's finished!!!

the bathroom had poo hair on the bed and blood it was also 11:30 I arrived with children and put my blankets so as not to sleep on those dirty beds there was no coffee and only. there was egg for. to eat

It was easy to locate, right off of the interstate.

There was black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. -- Did not give enough towels for our 2 night stay.

The staff was so accommodating. Very very friendly! Rooms are huge! Very Very Very kid friendly!!!!!

Customer service was amazing, rooms were mostly clean (shower curtain had mold), breakfast was amazing. Overall a great stay and I would stay again.

We liked the fact it was very clean and close to CAMC.
