Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Everything was clean and comfortable.

One of the top reasons we chose this place was because they said they had an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was in the sister hotel in the building behind us, and the hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. Not to mention, the pool was freezing.

Quiet environment! Good location! Great breakfast! Clean room! Excellent and helpful Staff! This is the hotel I strongly recommend. btw, it's also a very nice place to stay for business traveling since there are cozy desktops and chairs in the room.

Even with the room being near an elevator, it was quiet. Most of the breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. We liked having a good mix of hot freshly prepared foods and grab and go items. The dining room was clean and spacious.

There weren’t enough towels/wash cloths in our room and when we went to get more downstairs we were told there was just one wash cloth available at that time. For breakfast,the eggs/omelets needed more flavor and it would have been nice to have just regular scrambled eggs as an option. Also, stronger disposable utensils are needed. It was hard to cut the waffles with the flimsy ones provided.

The pet policy needs to be more clearly communicated. The website says one price for a 1-4 day stay, the sign at the front desk matches it but I was charged double the amount. I booked a room for three adults and one 1 12 year old. They gave me a king with a sofa sleeper instead of two doubles. When I got to the room to set everything up, they had nothing in the room for the sleeper sofa. The lady at the front desk when I called was rude, making it clear that she didn't want to give me anything for the sleeper sofa. I had to go get the items from the front desk myself after explaining to her again that we had to use the sleeper sofa due to space and the blankets were needed.Check out was at 12 based on the website, the front desk sign and the desk attendee who checked me in. We went to breakfast and they turned my keys off sometime before 11 when I returned even though I left the sign on the door.
