Clean and staff was friendly and helpful! Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool as well.

The location was perfect.all the restaurants and stores were really close. The breakfast was delicious. Whenever I have to stay in a hotel I always tell my husband to booked Hampton Inn because I have never been disappointed. Thank you for making our stay a perfect one.

Breakfast was excellent! The entire breakfast area was so clean and wiped up constantly by the Staff, ensuring no drips from gravy, etc were on the counter. Everything was well stocked, the fruit was perfectly ripened and looked appetizing, everything was plentiful and so many selections to choose from! Could not have been nicer! You can't improve on perfection!

Not ONE single complaint in any area or dept! It was exactly what you hope to have when you stay at a hotel. ANYTIME I am in Lubbock, THIS is where we will certainly stay! Thank you for hiring and training such professional, polite, competent, knowledgeable staff. Everything was perfect!

Breakfast is average. The location is convenient.

I was charged incidental charge of $13, which is not mentioned when I booked the hotel through Booking.com. I have stayed so many hotels, and this is the first time I was charged this fee. And, I didn't like the front desk lady the way she explained the incidental charge.

Had to wait about 15 minutes at the breakfast buffet for the egg and bacon try’s to be refilled. They were Monty when we arrived.

We love this location and what the hotel offers. We stay here quite often because we like the area.

There was trash on the floor in our room when we checked in and hair in the tub. This is the first time we have had issues and we hope there won't be anymore as there are only a few hotels in this area and 2 of them have already lost our business.

The breakfast eggs were pre prepared from a factory with cheese already in them. For health conscious people, eggs are a staple but cheese is not. Many people can’t eat cheese. There were no other egg options. I specifically booked here because of the hot breakfast but I ended up making my own eggs in my in room microwave. That was mostly annoying. I bring a lot of my own cooking equipment to try to eat healthy. Last time I booked home2suites but they gave me an induction cooktop that had a scorched pan. I guess I need to keep looking in Lubbock.
