If I wanted to have an extended check-out for 1 hour, I would have had to pay $10.00..

The room was good for what we paid.

We paid through Booking.com but the staff wanted my card information for "incidentals". I offered a cash deposit and the lady said never mind. Don't give them your card information if you pay online. Incidentals basically means that they can charge you for whatever they want. Shady.

Very clean, friendly

The entrance was not very good... Lots of chuck holes and BIG ones. It rained when we were there so it was hard to tell how deep the LAKES were.

only thing we liked was the TV and a/c even though it pulled in a lot of humidity from outside which it should not be doing.

room was full of bugs, crickets, June bugs, roaches, roly polies, flies. plus the toilet was easy to get clogged up. No paper receipt. Bathtub is too narrow. No coffee machine. No clock.

only had 2 towels in room and asked for extra and they wouldn’t let me have enough towels for everyone to shower. There were 5 of us in the room.

lots of flies and roaches dead and alive. Could use an extermination or a fogger. Floors were sticky could use a mopping. A lot of insects in the room.

The owner was very friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. He also recommended place to eat. The place was very clean!!! Room was big, the water pressure is amazing! Seriously it can't be beat! Housekeeping was friendly, it was quiet & bed was comfy! Excellent place to stay

Only thing that could've made it better was if they still did breakfast. Thanks covid. Other than that its a great place.

Couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi but it was ok.

They look like the are remolding on the outside but the inside (room) was super good. Everything is close to it too.

Very friendly owner, nice hotel. Very clean, beds are comfortable.

The owner charged us up front for 3 nights...after hearing screaming at 1:00 am from down the hall, we checked out after 1 night. They did not issue us a credit for the 2 nights we were not there. There was no room key when we checked in, the owner had to let us into our room then and when we arrived back late that night. Couch was soiled beyond belief. Neither of us felt safe as rooms on first floor doors were wide open with no occupants...again, the girl screaming like she was being murdered. I checked out, asked if there was anything else I needed, the woman said no. No refund for the other 2 nights issued. I called, a woman said she would tell her "manager" and call me back. This never happened. They argued with my CC company to say I purchased the block and that was it. All over $150. Karma to you all.

The rooms and whole building is being remodel. But the staff and owner of the motel was awesome.

The room was fine.

The building was 60 to 70 percent a burnt out shell, No bar, no breakfast and no amenities at all. I think we were the only people staying in the Inn, which was worrisome. The "staff" we saw, one person, was vey helpful and accommodating. I cannot recommend the Inn.

Just awful!!! Key never would worked, had to go to the office every time and have them let us in. Most of the time there was no one in the office! Rowdy people in the room next to us, police had to come and quieten them down. No coffee maker, no refrigerator, no clock. Half size pillows on the bed. No bathtub stopper. Under construction and looked awful!! Would definitely not recommend this place!!
