Restaurant was good.

Room was not very clean and did not smell good. Our window looked out to two storage containers in the parking lot.

Overall a fantastic experience! The staff is wonderful! The rooms are nice! The restaurant is very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool! My daughter especially liked that when the cleaning staff made our beds they arranged all of her stuffed animals "very cutely" on the bed! We would definitely repeat!

Had a little trouble with the keycards. Had to have them reset a couple times. Only a minor inconvenience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our bathroom in room 598 did not have an exhaust fan. There are plenty of electrical outlets/usb ports between the beds but none on the outsides.

Location was close to fast food.

The pictures of the resort were not accurate to what the hotel really looked like. It was dirty and old.

booking.com told me it would be a free breakfast. when I checked out the hotel said it was t free and they’ve told booking.com that numerous times. I have to go through you for a refund.

The rooms were very pretty. The pool area was amazing, we could have spent our entire trip in there. The pre text check in and text to check out made that process super easy.

They were doing construction so we couldn't get to our room from the lobby by inside. We had to go outside and around. We had a nonsmoking room but had a strong pot smell coming from two doors down.

Loved the indoor pool area. Great for kids… Had a Miami vibe to it… this the name I guess.

Wish they still had a hot tub as described on Booking.com. Walls in room were dusty in room. Parking lot needed better lighting… not easy to navigate when dark.

Absolutely beautiful!! The location for us was perfect. We loved how after hours there was a security guard at the gate. Everyone we met that was on staff were so friendly! Definitely will stay here again!

I booked a poolside room with breakfast. I was given a room with a alley and dumpster view and outside the room was a dusty and dirty dismantled ice machine and multiple wires hanging down from the ceiling with the ceiling tile removed. we went for breakfast and was not allowed breakfast. very disappointed

The palm trees indoor were amazing and the pool was great!

The carpet looked and smelled old. The halls were outdated. I was in a no smoking section and the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. I was supposed to check in at 4:00 but didn’t get to come in until 5:00 so I had to take my family out to do something because sitting in the parking lot wasn’t going to happen with a three year old. The front desk offered the fire and ice restaurant to sit and wait but then it would have cost us extra money to eat and altered our dinner plans. We weren’t even given a discount or coupon for the restaurant for the inconvenience.

the idea of the pool in the middle was , but we were just staying one night so we didn’t use it.

the pictures didn’t reflect the room well. looked run down and someone tried to do a quick cover up. the room connecting doors were so thin we could hear everything the couple next to was doing. I was told by the desk that based on the room we were in that it would be easier for me to park on the other side, little did I know it was going to be like parking out back. almost no one else back there, Trash dumpsters all around the card sensor to get in didn’t work so I had to use another entrance.

A cute retro tropical/new wave flair! The only thing missing was Duran Duran playing in the background.

No direct elevator to the first floor (have to climb 4 stairs) and with heavy luggage it was kinda tough.

we weren’t there long enough to explore or enjoy the amenities. bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Horrible location - nearly impossible to find in the dark. Bathroom was too small. Even though placed at the far end of the hall (second to last room), hallway noise was loud.

Security was very good and the room was clean

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couple of notes for adult travelers, the indoor pool has a splash pad and is ALWAYS full of kids. Not really a bad thing unless you want a quiet swim . Also, NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. The staff was very frustrated but kind in explaining that they have repeatedly asked the booking entity to remove that option. Hotel is in a not great part of town but they have decent security.

The price was excellent!! The location was good but trying to get into the hotel was difficult. It's a little outdated but you can see they're trying to fix it up.

The pillows and mattress were terrible!! I highly recommend bringing your pillows if ya can. I never saw any vending machines, so I would definitely grab snacks and drinks prior to checking in.

The building is upscale and gorgeous. The layout of the rooms and facilities were so smart and easy to navigate. Our room was so spacious and CLEAN. The secure outdoor space was private and so nice. Highlight of the room, that SHOWER!

The line to check into the hotel was about 30 minutes. Poor girl behind the counter was stressed and crying. I imagine the hotel was under staffed that evening. It was no big deal to us, but the other people in line were losing their patience.
