breakfast was good, staff was fine

floor had not been vacuumed. coffee stain on bed duvet cover, clearly had not been washed.

Morning staff was very nice and helpful.

Sunday afternoon check in staff was not very friendly and acted as if I was bothering him.

Location was perfect. At the end of a hot ride only one mile away from finish line. McDonalds was right across the street.

Mattress was terrible and room though cool was DAMP. No way to lower humidity. I tried sleeping at 9 and finally fell asleep after much tossing and turning about midnight.

Great location. Easy on off highway, nice facilities. Staff was helpful

Absolutely nothing

The manager Christina Gimio is an absolute horrible human being. She allowed strange men into the room qith my children. When we discussed our concerns she screamed at my husband and I. When our friend's asked what happened and we reaponded to THEM she proceeded to call the police and have US escorted off the property at almost 10 pm. Seems like there should be more to the story but nope not at all. She made a mistake (or did it on purpose) & and instead of just apologizing she chose to be a down right heartless human. The kids were crying, the police felt very bad for us and attempted to help us find alternate accommodations and checked on us more than once. She was very much in the wrong and i would NEVER stay here again and furthermore dont believe she should have a job doing what she does if she cant manage to do it correctly jeopardizing the saftey of her guests.

We booked a smoking room. When we got there, we were told that the room was no longer available due to maintenance issues. She offered us another room but only had non smoking.
