The staff was friendly and the manager Shameka Farmer gave us a courtesy due to the issue we had.

The hot water wasn't working and the desk allowed us to check in, even though they knew that was the issue going on at the hotel! We spent $220 and it was NOT worth that price for one night, especially with no hot water, working!

The room was big and the shower was nice. Check-in was smooth. That's about all that I can say

This hotel used to be great, but the quality of service has gone downhill. - The so-called "breakfast" was frozen sandwiches you had to microwave yourself. It used to be a full hot buffet. I don't know what happened there. - I paid for the most expensive room type and my view was a WALL—the back of the hotel sign, covered in pigeon dung. - I messaged the hotel multiple times requesting that they set up the sofa bed before we arrive, and they never responded. My request was not filled. - The sofa bed had no sheets and I had to request them. Linens and pillows were stained. - Housekeeping never came by on our three days there. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit Carbondale.

Breakfast

The room flooded due to a leaking tub. There were bugs in the room and the door’s slammed very loud. Staff did not rectify the issue.

The breakfast was decent.

It is a non smoking facility so no smoke smell but allowed pets. There was definitely a pet odor.

Breakfast was incredible, facilities were great and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Our bath tub had a small amount of rust, but everything else was excellent.

It was subpar for the price. Not the cleanest. We had to switch rooms because the first room had feces on the back of the toilet bowl.

I couldn't connect my fire stick to the wifi network, but it's old and probably needs updating! So, I wont blame you guys!!! 🤗

The breakfast was very good. Margret is an asset to the Hotel.

The staff was all very nice and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve seen, with many options. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman running breakfast was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job.

The only thing I didn’t care for - which wasn’t really even that bad - we did see a few bugs in our room. Cricket and a couple spiders. Nothing repulsive, just made me think they were due for a spraying.

Everyone was super friendly. The rooms were very clean. Very close to our wedding venue! Many breakfast options as well
